The State of Florida's Emergency Contact Information Program allows Florida driver license and identification card holders to voluntarily register their emergency contacts. The information is stored in a secure protected database and can be accessed only by law enforcement officers to find designated contacts in the event you are involved in a crash or other emergency situation. Registering your information may save crucial time if it becomes necessary to contact family members or loved ones.

Floridians can register the current telephone number and residential address for up to two emergency contacts, at no cost online click here.You may update your emergency contact when you are issued an Identification/Driver License.
